Dr. Hamid Nasr, D.D.S. leads the dentistry. His wife, Dr. Sholeh Rahimi, M.D., Ph.D., a board-certified internal medicine physician, practices at the same Folsom address — together they are Creekside Medical Dental, a rare whole-health model where your dentist and your doctor compare notes down the hall.
