Dentist and owner

Dr. Hamid Nasr, D.D.S.

At Creekside since 2000

Dr. Nasr has practiced dentistry for 30 years, 26 of them in Folsom. His care spans family dentistry, cosmetic work, Invisalign, same-day crowns, and dental implants, including full-arch cases he places and restores himself.

He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and has lectured nationally and internationally on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Patients describe him the same way, year after year: friendly, gentle, and a perfectionist.

Internal medicine physician, Folsom Medical Center

Dr. Sholeh Rahimi, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Rahimi is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her M.D. and Ph.D. at the University of Freiburg in Germany and completed her residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

She practices in the same suite as Creekside Dentistry and trains nursing and physician-assistant students from UC Davis and University of the Pacific.
