CREEKSIDEDENTISTRY

New patients

First visits are mostly listening.

No lectures, no surprise costs, and no judgment about how long it’s been. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.

  • 1

You book — and tell us about you

Online or by phone. Tell us if you're nervous — it changes how we schedule you: more time, the right hygienist, no rush.

  • 2

    We handle the paperwork early

Intake forms come to your email before the visit, so your first minutes here are spent in a chair, not on a clipboard. Bring your ID and insurance card.

  • 3

    You're greeted by name

Reviews keep mentioning this: every staff member says hello. Ana, Jackie, or Alexis — the hygienists patients ask for by name — will take care of your cleaning.

  • 4

    A thorough, unhurried exam

Digital X-rays (far less radiation than film), an intraoral camera so you see what the doctor sees, and an honest conversation in plain English — or German, Farsi, Vietnamese, or Spanish.

  • 5

A plan, in writing, before anything happens

What's needed now, what can wait, what it costs, and what insurance covers. Treatment starts when your questions run out — not before.

“Tell us if you’re nervous — it changes how we schedule you.”

Dental anxiety is the most normal thing in this office. Patients who “used to hate the dentist” are some of Creekside’s most loyal reviewers — because being gentle with exactly that is what Dr. Nasr is known for.

Insurance

The office accepts most insurance plans and will verify your coverage before your visit, so the estimate you approve is the bill you get. Bring your card to the first appointment, or give the details when you book.

No insurance? Payment plans.

Creekside offers in-house monthly payment plans, arranged directly with the office — no third-party financing application required. Ask the front desk; it’s a five-minute conversation, not a credit ritual.

That’s the whole process. The only step left is yours.
